WINEMAKING: rasp pressing, fermentation with maceration of grape skins.

COLOR: ruby red tending to garnet with aging.
PERFUME: it expresses notes of berries and floral.
TASTING NOTES: soft, slightly bitter, of good body. Truly warm and enveloping, with harmonic closure of great balance.

WINEMAKING: rasp crushing, fermentation with maceration of the grape skins.
AGEING: 4 months in steel and 6 months in small wood barrels.
COLOR: deep red colour.
BOUQUET: it expresses berry notes, recollections of cherry, light spice and tabacco.
TASTING NOTES: well structured and persistent, dry and pleasant tannic, which makes it warm and enveloping, with awards that confirm the olfactory notes and pleasant closure of vanilla.

ALTITUDE: 300-500 mt. a.s.l.
CLIMATE: cold winter, especially during the first month of the year, moderate precipitation, fresh summer with average temperatures not exceeding 25 degrees.
SOIL: clay-volcanic.

BREEDING OF VINES: spinal corded pruning system
HECTARE YIELD: 5.000-6.000 per hectare.
WINEMAKING: selection of the best bunches by manual sorting, followed by whole-grain destemming, prefermentative maceration in cold and slow hot fermentation on the marc.
AGEING: fermentation in steel, aging in oak barrels for at least 18 months and resting in the bottle for another 6 months.
ALCOHOL GRADE: 14.5% vol
COLOR: Color: ruby red with grenade nail.
